Intro
Nature magic is the magic that absorbs its power from all living beings and their natural environment. It can be found everywhere in the physical world, from animals and plants, to the soil and water that gives them the base to blossom. Contrariwise with most magic forms, nature magic does not give one power from nothing but gives the opportunity, to the few that understand it, to be one with the natural environment, take its forces and transmutate it to something new that is always in tune with nature itself. Nature-mages have the option to choose between 2 paths:

Druidism
Druids are caretakers and guardians of nature. They listen to her voice and use the power that runs through everything around us and shape it in order to mend her.
Shamanism
The Bridge of Two Worlds (intro)
“While in a crossroad, a lady takes advice for her path from a blue spirit. In a time of need a brave warrior removes his plate and calls on his fathers to heal a fallen fellow. A young boy, surrounded by laughing bandits has one and only chance to prove to himself that he is capable of the favour of his loved ones who have passed away from the same bandits. An old lady slips to the side to let a weeping spirit find its way to salvation as the children of the village throw rocks at her.”
Shamans conquer the energy of the earth by channelling the spirits around us. They are the bridge between the two worlds, the material and the ethereal. They devote their life to commune with the spirits around us either dead or living. Their main purpose is to advise upon spiritual matters, therefore preserving the distortion between those two parallel worlds.
Beliefs
Druidism
As long as it can be remembered there were always druids in the world. In the beginning they lived within human societies and acted as teachers and mentors of common people, show them how to take care of their environments, respect nature and as a result receive the gifts given to them. As time passed and people made more organized societies, most of them drew away from their primal ways and began to see nature as a means to an end. Druids were the only people that remained true to the gifts of nature, protected and worshiped her and so they started to become isolated and continued to take care of nature alone.
Until these days, druids keep track and defend nature’s secrets and transfer them from teacher to student. They are wise men and women that stand guard between human destruction and nature and absorb power from her in order to protect her and themselves. To watch their magic is like watching nature herself take form and create miracles or unravel like divine wrath of the elements. Their power is coming from anything alive around them in any form. Deciding to become a druid’s student is a noble path as you sacrifice yourself and all personal goals to a higher cause.
Shamanism
Shamans are the link and connection between the spirits, ghosts, unborn and disturbed among us. They achieve this link through meditation, rituals, study or dancing but each Shaman may have a special way of connecting with the elements around them. Forming bonds with spirits gets easier with practice and some practitioners have a favourite spirit they usually consult with.
Motives of a Shaman may vary. Bonds to gain power, knowledge, a view of the past or future, a trip to a distant land are the most common ones. Their otherworldliness may be confused for rudeness, as they may confuse the past with the present or refer to people by their ancestor’s nickname. As they seem to be constantly connected with the aethereal, they may seem to have difficulty with the day-to-day aspects of society and they appear disconnected with their surroundings at times. Truth is they are the most connected with their surroundings as they can be.
Shamanism is a very secretive art, on the same level as druidism, taking people dedication and rigorous training to succeed in any contact with the spirits. The work truly pays off since often the spirits tend to gravitate towards the shaman, who grants them assistance to relive in the mortal world through their eyes. Consequently, there are very few shamans in cities and heavily uprooted places. The Shaman must connect with nature in order to come in any contact, though a shaman capable of connecting in a heavily populated place has the advantage of being surrounded by a great number of spirits.
When someone decides to become a shaman, it is important to understand the deep love, respect and appreciation of nature. As shamans it would be out of the norm to enjoy the great civilizations who tend to disturb the balance of the world, to seek knowledge through books or any written matter and to keep the energy in a single place at any given point. Nature magic is an element of balance, understanding, wisdom and intense practice. The only law a Shaman must follow is the law of nature and spirits.
Shamans tend to be family trees but it is not uncommon for a gifted person to spruce at a time of need or destruction. For one to train they have to seek another of their traditions and those powers can be taken back by nature at any given point if shown to be used inappropriately. A Shaman’s duty is to help nature, people, to pass the judgment to those who destroy and defile.

Rituals
Path Differentiations
Druidism
The Druids:
- can use their spells while wearing armor, as-long as the armor is not made of, nor does it contain any metal (engravings are too small to be considered hindering).
- they can wield weapons while casting their spells, as-long as it's wooden (the concept, not the actual structure, e.g. Club, Staff).
Shamanism
The Shamans:
- can "burn" all the uses of a spell, as-long as they are all available, to cast the spell Step Sideways (e.g. if a shaman has used at-least one out of 3 Healing spells he cannot "burn" the whole stack to cast Step Sideways).
